Kyle trying on his ski clothes

I worked a partial day today, because our patient census was low due to the holiday. I left early and met Dick and the boys for lunch. Kyle is packing his bags as we speak, as he is leaving in the AM for skiing in Keystone, Colorado with friends. He has borrowed some ski clothes from a friend at church, and is hoping for the best. He has never skiied, but is athletic and eager to learn. I 'm sending money for a ski lesson. We are excited for Kyle and hope he comes home in one piece. He is going with one of his best friends, and his family, who are all experienced skiers. I am sending his insurance card with him.....He tried on all of these winter clothes, and it is 70 degrees today outside.
We are going to our good friends tonight to celebrate New Years, as we have for several years. It is a great big get together with kids, food, games, and fireworks of course.
