Me and my aunt Gigi

I have been lax at blogging lately. I found this picture of Gigi and me when we were in Houston for Karen's retirement party. We had a great time together and visit. Thanks to everyone who has asked about my aunt Dottie who had the leg amputation. She is back in the nursing home and adjusting to her life and mobility issues. She is feeling down, but physically she is ok. We just got back home from a week vacation at the beach with the Hendricks clan. Sam stayed behind in SC to stay with Dick's parents and his cousins. We will go get him at the end of July. Kyle is in Ohio for 2 weeks visiting his dad. Dick and I are kidless! More later....

State bible drill competition

Here is a picture of Sam, Stephen M. and Stephen B. before the State level of bible memorization at our church. The boys worked hard all year to memorize verses and they all passed. We are proud. Here are the kids from our church after they all passed. Way to go!
